PHỚ Chè Flushing is a Vietnamese restaurant located in one of the various multi-unit commercial building. Since the restaurant is located along Northern Boulevard, parking may be difficult along that road. Luckily, the restaurant has a small parking lot in front, or you may find parking among the smaller, side roads. Now, at PHỚ Chè Flushing, their main attractions are, obviously, the pho. Of course, you can order other popular Vietnamese dishes such as Shrimp Summer Roll, Banh Mi, and Vermicelli. Now, you can order a small or large portion for their pho. Regardless of the size, their pho are phenomenal. I highly recommend the House Special Combo as you can get rare steak, brisket, meat ball, and tendon in your noodle soup. The meats are always so tender and they become so juicy and flavorful after soaking in the rich broth. If you are looking for something smaller, go for their banh mi. You can choose BBQ beef, BBQ pork, BBQ chicken, or veggie-fried egg as your protein choice. Either way, you won't regret it. Their rice and fried rice dishes are also wonderful choices. I got the Chicken Fried Rice. While not a huge fan of cilantro, it added a nice crisp taste to the fried rice.

My favorite pho place. Love their soup sooooooo much, piping hot and taste delicious, I always request the raw beef on the side….

Pho Che was delicious. The broth tastes very clean, yet flavorful. The summer roll was very fresh, the lettuce was crunchy for each bite and the shrimp was great. It was a good ratio. The space is small, but a great place to grab a quick bowl of pho.

Pho and boba are mid, but the fries are very flavorful with a nice crisp to it (very yum 😋) . Aside from that, the boba milk tea is just your normal milk tea, and the pho is also w/beansprouts and jalapeno to the side, surprised they didn’t give thai Basel. -recommend trying the fries. -workers are chill, didn’t have any problems with them. -got seated quickly and restaurant wasn’t too busy around afternoon.

I got chicken pho to go- they gave a great portion- I would say greater compared to most take out places. The beef broth is flavorful and has the perfect amount of spice. Chicken was great. I added onion and basil (given upon request), definitely added to the flavor. Would definitely come back again. The photo I added is after I removed everything from the plastic take out containers into a big bowl I have at home.
